Houston Science Café on the gut Microbiome

By April 22, 2024Announcement, Presentation

I’ve been invited to give a short presentation about the gut microbiome during one of the Science Café organized by the Houston French Consulate and France Connect on April 29th. The event is an hour-long event where a couple of scientists present their science to a general audience and answer their questions.

It will be hosted at the Alliance Francaise in Montrose, you can RSVP here.

I will be talking with Dr. Austen Terwilliger, the director of the Tailor Lab. TAILOR delivers personalized treatments for challenging antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections by cultivating phage that are specifically targeting the pathogenic strain infecting the patient.
